Here I give you a FULL push pull legs hypertrophy program set for intermediate to advanced bodybuilders. This is a moderate volume 6 days per week program.

Push pull legs is one of the most commonly used bodybuilding splits. However, it does have some disadvantages. In this video, I discuss the pros and cons of the PPL split as traditionally written and go over how to modify it for optimal muscle growth.

Then we do full program walk-through where I share the exercises, sets, and reps for all muscle groups.
