In this video I dive into research that I did about how they cycled, ate, and trained and try to explain WHY the physiques look so different.
My theory is that it is mainly the dieting practices that have drastically changed, our understanding of proper recovery – and most of all the introduction of insulin and growth hormone into modern protocols and how that creates a compounding effect, drastically changing the way physiques look.
I also go into the mindset of the athletes, and why their presentation is so different as well.
