This is the 4 day full body program I’ve been using in my natural bodybuilding contest prep! It’s a modified full body split with moderate volumes, well suited for an advanced athlete with the primary goal of hypertrophy.

The modified full body split allows maximal customizability but takes experience to run. I explain the programming considerations that come into play when I’m in an aggressive calorie deficit for extreme fat loss. I’ve been able to maintain muscle mass well – hopefully you can draw some insights about setting up your own bodybuilding workout plan.
